Physical Therapist (PT) – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic | California
Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year
Location: Sacramento, California
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
We are a well-established and therapist-led orthopedic outpatient clinic network in California dedicated to providing evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation. Our clinics specialize in treating musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative care, and sports injuries. We foster a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with patients to improve function, reduce pain, and return them to their desired activities. This is a hands-on, high-impact position ideal for therapists who want to grow in a supportive, fast-paced orthopedic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions for orthopedic conditions and post-surgical rehab
- Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EMR system
- Collaborate with referring physicians, PTAs, and clinic staff
- Participate in ongoing clinical education and training
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
- Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
- New graduates welcome; orthopedic or outpatient experience preferred
- Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in specialties such as sports rehab, post-op care, or return-to-sport programs is a plus
