We are a well-established and therapist-led orthopedic outpatient clinic network in California dedicated to providing evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation. Our clinics specialize in treating musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative care, and sports injuries. We foster a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with patients to improve function, reduce pain, and return them to their desired activities. This is a hands-on, high-impact position ideal for therapists who want to grow in a supportive, fast-paced orthopedic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions for orthopedic conditions and post-surgical rehab
  • Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EMR system
  • Collaborate with referring physicians, PTAs, and clinic staff
  • Participate in ongoing clinical education and training

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
  • Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
  • New graduates welcome; orthopedic or outpatient experience preferred
  • Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in specialties such as sports rehab, post-op care, or return-to-sport programs is a plus

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
  • Flexible scheduling and caseload management
  • CEU reimbursement and access to clinical mentorship
  • Opportunities for career growth, leadership, and specialization
  • Supportive team environment with experienced clinicians
  • Full-time benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays

We look forward to welcoming passionate therapists to our growing team.
