Job Summary
A Talent Acquisition Specialist the administrative and logistical aspects of the hiring process, serving as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers. Key responsibilities include scheduling interviews, posting job openings, conducting initial screenings, facilitating background checks, and overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Interview Logistics: Coordinate and schedule interviews across various time zones using phone, video, and in-person platforms.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact, providing timely updates and a welcoming, professional experience.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain data accuracy and compliance within the ATS.
- Job Postings: Draft, edit, and post job descriptions on company websites and external job boards.
- Screening & Sourcing: Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess applicant suitability.
- Onboarding Support: Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and initiate background checks or references.
- Event Coordination: Organize and attend job fairs and networking events to build talent pipelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with ATS software and video conferencing tools.

Common Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in HR, administrative support, or high-volume scheduling.
