ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is a full‑time position scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
As our Customer Service Representative, you'll answer incoming calls as the first, friendly point of contact, make outbound follow‑ups, and keep the construction service dispatch board running smoothly. Each day, you'll coordinate moving parts, support technicians, champion planned maintenance scheduling, and ensure customers feel heard, helped, and valued.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
You might be perfect for this position if you can also meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of related customer service and/or dispatching experience, or equivalent education and training
HVAC knowledge is preferred.
