Job DescriptionMECHANICAL ASSEMBLERMonday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm $16.00 per hour ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 
<ul>
<li>Assemble, rework, and repair mechanical equipment and components according to engineering and quality specifications </li>
<li>Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently </li>
<li>Inspect parts for defects and perform pressure testing to ensure proper function and quality standards are met </li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to guide assembly processes </li>
<li>Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe, and organized condition </li>
<li>Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines to support a safe work environment </li>
<li>Cross-train in multiple assembly areas to support team needs and assist with training new team members </li>
<li>Provide backup support in other assembly areas as needed </li>
</ul>
 JOB REQUIREMENTS 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED </li>
<li>3–5 years of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience </li>
<li>Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings </li>
<li>Mechanical troubleshooting knowledge </li>
<li>Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) </li>
<li>Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs and performing repetitive tasks</li>
