<p>Job DescriptionJob Title: Sales Representative<br>Location: Carbondale, IL<br>Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm$20-$30/hr based on experiencePosition Summary:A Carbondale, IL business is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team.<br>Key Responsibilities:

<li>Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships</li>
<li>Prepare quotes using measurements, blueprints, and site visits</li>
<li>Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics</li>
<li>Track and report on sales activity and market trends</li>
<li>Represent the company at trade shows and industry events</li>
<li>Coordinate with production and operations teams to fulfill customer needs</li>
</ul>

<p>Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Associate’s in Business/Marketing preferred</li>
<li>2+ years of sales or customer service experience in remodeling or stone fabrication (sales &gt; $1M)</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints and estimate materials/labor</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools</li>
