\nShift Requirements: 12 hr day/night variables
\nFloat to all inpatient units as needed- will float to IMC and CTU units
\nOn Call/Call Back Requirements: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours
\nWeekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday
\nRequired Certifications: WI RN License, BLS. ACLS required NIHSS highly preferred. Will have to take an EKG exam during compliance
\nMinimum Experience: 3 years. 1 travel assignment REQUIRED
\nCharting Experience: EPIC REQUIRED.
\nUnit Information: 8 bed unit Background in observation units, or MS/Tele units. Ability to read and interpret strips is required. Will have to take an EKG exam during compliance Patient Ratio 1:4
\nObservation unit. Anemia, Cellulitis, COPD, Dehydration, pre and post-op Urology and GI, Drips ( Cardiac Cardizem, Nitro ,Insulin, Heparin) Average stay up to 48 hrs. High amount of admissions and discharges
\nDesired skillset: Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely, willingness to ask questions and collaborate with team and ancillary staff to ensure the best patient experience possible. Positive attitude and flexibility with constant changes which can occur throughout a shift.

\n• Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
\ntravelers can be put on call during the 36 hours of unbillable low census. If called back in, they will have call back pay.
