What You'll Do
As a 1st Shift Production Assembler, your days will be filled with purposeful work, transforming components into finished goods. You'll be a vital part of our production line, ensuring every product meets our rigorous quality standards.
- Collaborate with your team to meticulously assemble entire products or specific components, following detailed instructions and blueprints.
- Rotate through various tasks and stations within our specific production processes, gaining diverse experience and expanding your skill set.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on products and parts at different stages of assembly, identifying and addressing any imperfections.
- Prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring they are correctly packaged and ready for our customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols and best practices.
- Operate a variety of hand tools and relevant assembly equipment with precision and care.
- Contribute to problem-solving efforts on the production floor, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.

Compensation
- Hourly Pay:$17.50 per hour, reflecting your valuable skills and contributions.
