A full-time opportunity is available for a Music Therapist (MT-BC) to provide school-based therapeutic services supporting students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in the South and West divisions of Cypress, TX. This contract position requires active MT-BC certification and a Bachelors degree in Music Therapy.

Responsibilities include delivering direct music therapy services, conducting evaluations, tracking student progress, and providing training to school staff. The role supports students in achieving their educational and therapeutic goals through evidence-based music therapy interventions.

Key qualifications and experience:

• Active Music Therapist-Board Certified (MT-BC) credential
• Bachelors degree in Music Therapy or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience providing music therapy in school settings
• Ability to conduct student evaluations and progress reporting aligned with IEP goals
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and staff
• Comfortable with travel and commute within South and West divisions of Cypress, TX

The schedule is full time, averaging 37.5 hours per week, starting ASAP through June 4, 2026. Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams, allowing for a streamlined and accessible process.
