Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to aid in the ongoing expansion of primary care services and access initiatives in the Philadelphia area.
This position is entirely outpatient, providing robust clinical support and the chance to develop a patient base within a mission-driven, community-oriented healthcare system.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania

Role Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages

Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions

Focus on preventive care and population health strategies

Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

Ensure timely and precise documentation of patient interactions

Engage in quality improvement and performance enhancement initiatives
Schedule & Call

Full-time outpatient schedule with 34 patient-facing hours

Flexible scheduling options are available

Minimal call responsibilities with a 1:7 phone-only call schedule
