Radiation Therapist
Location: Thornton, CO
Setting: Thornton – Free standing | Boulder – Joint venture with local hospital
Employment Type: Full-Time
Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Radiation Therapists to join a collaborative and patient-focused team in Thornton and Boulder, Colorado. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment, delivering high-quality care to patients throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and record radiation therapy treatments under the supervision of a Radiation Oncologist and Chief Radiation Therapist.
- Accurately enter and maintain treatment parameters in the electronic medical record.
- Assist with patient scheduling and billing processes.
- Fabricate custom molds and cut blocks as needed.
- Perform simple MU calculations and interpret computerized treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in rotating on-call and weekend coverage with other therapists.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology program.
- ARRT certification required.
- Colorado state license for radiation therapy (or eligibility to obtain).
- 0–3 years of experience (new graduates welcome).
Work Schedule:
- Thornton: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (may vary slightly based on patient load).
- Boulder: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- On-call and weekend rotation required.
Additional Details:
- Patient Volume: Thornton: 25–28/day | Boulder: 30–50/day.
- Positions Available: 1 per location.
