Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored instructional strategies based on each student's unique abilities and goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
- Monitor and document student progress, adapting lessons and approaches as needed
- Support social, behavioral, and academic growth through positive reinforcement and differentiated teaching methods
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
Qualifications:
- Certification or licensure in special education
- Experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices
- Ability to create engaging, student-centered learning environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
