Director of Nursing Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Active and unencumbered RN License in SD</li>
<li>2+ Years experience in Senior Living</li>
<li>Management/Leadership experience</li>
<li>DON or ADON experience is preferred </li>
</ul>
Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee the day-to day operations of the nursing department</li>
<li>Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of resident care and safety</li>
<li>Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of residents' health status and make necessary adjustments to care plans</li>
<li>Participate in hiring, training, and performance management of nursing staff.</li>
