Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital, a part of Fairview Health Services, is looking for a Certified Nurse Practitioner or licensed Physician Assistant with a special interest in mental health to join its busy and growing team.
POSITION: Mental Health Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

DEPARTMENT: Medical Staff
Practice Details
- Deliver a full spectrum of care to patients with their mental health needs in an outpatient setting
- Work closely with our lead Psychiatrist
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years Psychiatric Mental Health APP experience preferred.

The posted pay range is for a 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on a 1.0 FTE schedule. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.

In the local and surrounding community, Grand Itasca is the dominant provider of primary health care services. Grand Rapids is three hours from Minneapolis and 90 minutes from Duluth.
