Insight Global is seeking a RN Administrator for a Rehabilitation Hospital for Children in Canton, Massachusetts. The Nursing Administrator provides strategic leadership and clinical oversight for nursing and respiratory therapy services. Serving children and young adults with complex disabilities, the Administrator ensures high-quality, compassionate, and innovative care across medical, rehabilitative, and educational domains. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the executive team, this full-time, on-site role involves directing patient care operations, quality improvement initiatives, staffing, compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The Administrator plays a vital role in strategic planning, policy development, and organizational leadership, while also being a visible presence in clinical areas to support staff, assess patient needs, and maintain regulatory standards. They delegate day-to-day operational decisions to nursing leadership while maintaining accountability for overall departmental performance, safety, and alignment with the hospital's mission of fostering independence and holistic well-being for its patients.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- 5+ years of senior-level management in a healthcare setting, with proven experience in staff supervision, quality improvement, and unionized environments.
- Proficient in electronic medical records (Meditech and Meta preferred), with a solid understanding of regulatory compliance, performance improvement, and healthcare operations.
