We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Rocklin, California. This part-time role requires 4-5 hours per week remote, focusing on providing excellent administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls.

• Coordinate and schedule appointments for installations.

• Communicate effectively with vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues.

• Perform general office tasks to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.

• Accurately enter data and maintain records in company systems.

• Provide receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and managing correspondence.

• Support the team by handling administrative tasks with minimal supervision.

• Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Comfortable working independently and demonstrating self-motivation.
• Familiarity with scheduling and coordinating appointments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
