Join our fast casual restaurant team as a Restaurant Server, where you will provide excellent customer service in a busy environment with a large team of over eight servers. This role focuses on attentively serving guests, ensuring smooth dining experiences, and supporting team members through multitasking and communication. While you won't be preparing food, there are opportunities to advance into shift leader positions or assist with training new staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously
• Accurately take and deliver orders using POS systems
• Manage multiple tables efficiently in a fast casual setting
• Collaborate with a large team of servers to maintain smooth operations
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Support shift leaders and assist in training new team members when needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in food service
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency with POS systems
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork and conflict resolution abilities

• ServSafe certification
