We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Henrico, Virginia. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations. This is a long-term contract position with the potential to become permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers to schedule delivery appointments for incoming shipments
- Confirm delivery details and update appointment information in the scheduling system
- Send follow-up emails when needed to confirm scheduling or provide delivery updates
- Follow a structured scheduling process and workflow for each delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer communication and scheduling updates
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to follow structured processes and adapt to repetitive workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for handling calls and correspondence.
• Prior experience in administrative support or a similar role is preferred.
• Capability to manage schedules and maintain calendar accuracy.
