We are seeking an experienced, relationship‐driven Independent Insurance Advisor to take ownership of a well‐established $2.2 million book of business. This is a rare opportunity to step into a mature portfolio with strong retention, loyal clients, and significant growth potential.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and service an existing book across personal and commercial lines
- Build long‐term relationships with clients through proactive communication and expert guidance
- Identify coverage gaps, cross‐sell opportunities, and risk‐management solutions
- Maintain high retention through exceptional service and responsiveness
- Ensure compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements
- Pursue new business opportunities to expand the book
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an insurance advisor/producer (independent agency preferred)
- Strong knowledge of P&C products and carrier markets
- Excellent communication and client‐relationship skills
- Self‐motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Active insurance licenses required

Which direction do you want to take this in next?
- Work directly with clients. Review and Process renewals; update all necessary items in the management system and send to the client as needed
- Maintain records according to Agency standards, and ensure that procedures are properly followed, and that information is properly documented and readily accessible.
- Work directly with Producers to provide necessary client documents, checklists, and proposals
- Use support tools (electronic tasks and expiration/renewal reports) to maintain an organized and effective workstation
- 1 to 3 years experience as a Personal Lines P&C Account Manager or similar is preferred.
- Must have Property and Casualty Insurance License employment.
- Proficient in EZ Lynx is preferred but not required
