Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and anticipate the Manager's daily needs, including complex calendar management, meeting confirmations, expense reporting, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact, expertly managing and prioritizing communication with employees at all levels, other managers, and external partners. Draft and prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and internal communications as requested.
  • Project & Event Coordination: Track and drive the completion of critical tasks and projects, following up on outstanding items to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Proactive Partnership: Act as a forward-thinking problem solver who takes initiative with minimal direction. You will anticipate upcoming needs and take action on behalf of the manager, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow at all times.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of executive support and/or project coordination experience, supporting multiple senior level executives.
  • Experience working with office applications including Outlook, Google Drive, Google Slides, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Slack

Other Qualifications

  • Ability to put yourself in the manager's shoes and handle the schedule in a way that promotes the most effective use of time.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, confidentiality, and the utmost integrity.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently with general direction and guidance.
  • High attention to detail to publish meeting agendas, take, and distribute notes, and follow up on action items
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
