Job DescriptionMedical AR Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical AR Specialist for our healthcare client located in Fort Worth. This position will be 100% onsite and a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity. Our client is looking for a great long term fit! This position will be focused on the backend of the revenue cycle including managing aged claims and working to efficiently bring in revenue for the revenue cycle team. Interested candidates must be familiar with commercial, Meidcaid, and Medicare payers and will need to be able to meet deadlines and production metrics as outlined by management. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years medical billing/revenue cycle experience
  • Knowledgable of all insurance payers
  • Must be proficient working within EMR Systems and Microsoft Office

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communciation skills, especially phone etiquette
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize throughout the day
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of all insurance payers
  • Can work well independently and hit production metrics
  • Tech savvy and can work well within multiple software systems



Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
