Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance with a warm and helpful attitude.

Guide clients through policy details, explaining coverage options and answering questions clearly.

Process policy changes, updates, and renewals efficiently and accurately.

Assist clients in filing claims and provide support throughout the claims process.

Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through exceptional service.

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless client experience.


Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software, and Agency Management Sofware (AMS)

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

A genuine desire to help people and build positive relationships.

NYS Property & Casulty License (Valid or Ability to Obtain within 90 days)
