Advanced Practice Provider – Family Medicine / Primary Care
Location: Escondido, California
Compensation: $147,000 – $199,000 annually (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Escondido Family Medicine clinic. This full-time role allows you to focus on a single patient population while providing comprehensive primary care services in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide full-scope primary care, including physical exams, diagnostic assessments, procedures, and health education.
Work closely with the care team to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
Document patient encounters accurately and maintain compliance with clinical protocols.
Promote a positive patient experience through effective communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
Active California NP or PA license and DEA certification.
BLS certification (American Heart Association).
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in family medicine or primary care.
Strong organizational skills and a commitment to patient-focused care.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: $147,000 – $199,000 annually, based on experience.
