10-4 Logistics USA seeks experienced OTR Class A Flatbed Drivers for routes that provide strong weekly pay, full benefits, consistent work and miles. The successful candidate will operate in late-model trucks, secure freight accordingly while running OTR routes close to home for the weekend reset.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Weekly earnings: Typical gross range $1,900–$2,200.
- Sign-on bonus: $5,000 total.

Additional Pay:
- Tarping pay: $40 per load (approximately 40–50% of loads require tarping).
- Detention pay: $16 per hour (begins after 2 hours).
- Layover pay: $50 per day (after 24 hours).
- Breakdown pay: $100 per day.
Haul Profile & Home Time:
- Typical schedule: Monday–Friday/Saturday operations with a 34‑hour weekend reset.
- Operating area: Nationwide service across the 48 states; most drivers are assigned to 4–6 state regional loops to maximize home time.
- Average miles: Consistent freight averaging 2,000–2,500 miles per week.
- Dispatch model: No forced dispatch; drivers have access to professional support 24/7.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 1 year of over-the-road (OTR) driving experience and a minimum of 6 months of flatbed experience.
- Demonstrable proficiency with load securement: straps, tarps, chains, and binders.
- Relevant experience hauling steel and pipe preferred.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and present a clean driving record (MVR).
