Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Alamogordo, New Mexico — earn up to ($1924 - $2025 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in telemetry settings.

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data for patient health.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Utilize performance metrics to improve patient care outcomes.

• Educate patients and families on health management and procedures.

• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.

• Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for improvement.

• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

• Manage time effectively to meet patient care deadlines.

• Assist in the orientation and training of new staff.

• Contribute to a positive team environment and culture.

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Mexico with telemetry experience.

• Proven ability to interpret telemetry data accurately.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

• Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.

• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.

• Ability to document patient care accurately and efficiently.

• Eagerness to receive feedback and engage in self-assessment.

• Experience in patient education and health management.
