Our Integrated Services Team is seeking a full time, HEALTH THERAPIST at our Division Street Family Clinic.
ECHO Community Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center that provides quality healthcare to all members of our community, including the insured, uninsured, under-insured and homeless.
We currently employ over 150 dedicated team members who truly embrace the mission of serving and making a difference in the lives of others in a positive, supportive and collaborative environment.
We serve a population of approximately 15,000 and provide various clinical and community outreach services at six full time clinics.

Job Summary
As part of the primary care treatment team, identifies, triages, and collaborates with the Primary Care Physician on medical and behavioral health problems within the primary care setting in a consultative role. In addition, the Health Therapist provides skill training through psycho-education and patient education strategies and develops specific behavioral change plans and behavioral health protocols for patients of all ages.
Schedule:
- 40 hours/weekly
- Monday - Friday, 8am -5pm

Requirements:
- Masters in Social Work (MSW) – with an understanding that an LSW must be obtained within 6 months of employment
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent working knowledge of behavioral medicine and evidence-based treatments for medical and mental health conditions.
- 1 year minimum clinical experience.
- Current knowledge of psychopharmacology.
- Extensive background in community service and social work settings required.
- Experience and/or training in mental health and substance use education, referrals, and treatment
