Job DescriptionMarketing Manager 3The Opportunity From innovative technology to changing the way end-to-end enterprise strategies are delivered; Adobe and its customers have amazing stories to tell. We are seeking an expert storyteller to craft new ways of showcasing how Adobe technology is bringing value to our customers and transforming brand interactions.In this position, you will define the narrative around how Adobe brings Enterprise marketing themes and messaging to its customers and build out content to support that narrative. You will work with internal and external designers, writers, and agency partners to create assets to support field events and webinar marketing activities, with a focus on asset re-use. Assets will include, but are not limited to, interactive content, hands-on experiences, sizzle videos, promotion kits, and keynote and session presentations. You will also own key customer partnerships and work directly with customers to build content that highlights their success with Adobe.The perfect candidate should be passionate about understanding the customer perspective and what it takes to be successful with Adobe technology. You must ensure we tell a story that includes the people and process side of the digital transformation equation. You should understand how Adobe technology supports our customers’ business objectives. We are looking for a person who has a creative approach to helping our customers understand what they can achieve. You will need to partner with and influence stakeholders cross-functionally. Someone who thinks outside of traditional and known storytelling formats will excel in this role. What You'll DoContent NarrativeYou will define customer-centric event messaging and narrative based on Enterprise portfolio-level go-to-market themes across Experience and Creative clouds.Content Development You will develop and own content that brings end-to-end customer stories and the notion of operationalizing and realizing technology value to life through innovative and interactive formats. You will need to synthesize perspectives across different areas of expertise. This includes iterating on core assets to adjust content for audience persona and industry variations. Customer RelationshipsYou will manage key customer relationships as you partner with them to tell their story through external-facing and internal customer-facing needs, with a deep understanding of what drives their success. Cross-Team Collaboration You will collaborate with account teams, subject matter experts, creative resources, and other marketing teams to support content development and activation across platforms and marketing activities.About YouProven track record in product marketing, content marketing, or creative storytelling. Be able to display examples of telling complex narratives in easy-to-understand approaches. This person will come from either a services, customer success, product marketing or content strategy background and have developed their skills in either a software technology vendor, a services or creative agency organization, or represented a leading provider of services or products working with Fortune 2000 firms.
- 7+ years of experience in content strategy or product marketing
- Shown success in influencing decisions and stakeholders at Executive Level
- Self-starter who initiates and executes projects with little to no direction
- Extraordinary written communication skills: able to consolidate sophisticated ideas into clear, succinct executive summaries.
- Proven success creating compelling messages and positioning.
- Leadership with the ability to build consensus and drive decision making across multiple business units or matrixed organizations.
- Familiar with Adobe Experience Cloud and Creative Cloud solutions and other marketing technologies, with the ability to demonstrate benefits and capabilities.
- Deeper technical or business strategy knowledge with Adobe Experience Cloud strongly preferred.
- Willing to travel 10%.
