Heartline Staffing, Strategic Talent Partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a CT Technologist for a permanent evening-shift opportunity in Atlantis, Florida.
The CT Technologist performs diagnostic CT imaging procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role is responsible for producing high-quality images to assist physicians in diagnosing medical conditions while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with imaging protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures to detect pathology and abnormalities.
- Operate CT scan equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Obtain patient consent, prepare patients for procedures, and explain exams clearly.
- Provide age-appropriate care for patients ranging from newborn to geriatric.
- Determine proper anatomical positioning and apply appropriate shielding.
- Collaborate with physicians and imaging staff to ensure optimal exam outcomes.
- Practice aseptic and sterile techniques during all procedures.
- Adhere to infection control standards specific to the CT department.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly after each case.
COMPENSATION
- $30.34 – $42.47/hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus
- Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic Imaging.
- Minimum of 1 year of CT experience preferred.
- Florida State DOH General Radiographer license required.
- ARRT CT Registry required or registry-eligible with completion within 6 months of hire.
- Will consider experienced X-Ray Technologists willing to train into CT (entry-level CT pay).
- Strong attention to detail and patient care skills.
