Just finished driving school and ready to hit the road? We’re looking for motivated Class A CDL drivers to join our team! Whether you're a recent graduate or already have experience, this is a solid opportunity to build a long-term driving career. Position
- Western Regional coverage across major corridors (I-5, I-15, I-84, I-90)
- 53’ dry van freight, no-touch
- 1,900–2,200 miles per week on average
- Reliable weekly home time
Compensation
- New drivers will complete 4-6 weeks of OTR training with a mentor
- Trainee Pay 650.00/week
- $0.55 - $0.85 CPM, based on experience and performance
- Weekly earnings typically range from $1,300–$1,500
- $300 orientation incentive (if hired)
- $15 per stop
- Driver Performance Bonus

Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL (21+)
- Graduated from accredited driving school and completed 120+ hrs
- Strong safety record
- Professional work history with minimal gaps
- No recent safety-related employment issues
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening (urine & hair)
- Must live within 250 miles 84120 zip code
