NOW HIRING: Administrative / AP-AR Professional
Midland, TX
$18.00–$24.00 per hour (DOE)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking an experienced Administrative / AP-AR Professional to join a local company in Midland.
Responsibilities:
✔ Answer and direct incoming phone calls
✔ Data entry and document management
✔ Process Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
✔ Create and process invoices
✔ Maintain customer and vendor records
✔ Filing, scanning, and general office support
✔ Assist with additional administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous administrative/office experience required
• QuickBooks experience is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
