Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Digital Sales Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our digital sales operations. This role is responsible for analyzing sales performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive growth through online channels. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data analysis, digital sales metrics, and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret digital sales data to track performance and identify opportunities for growth

Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, and sales funnel performance

Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into digital sales trends and KPIs

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and e-commerce teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies

Identify patterns in customer behavior, channel performance, and product sales to guide business decisions

Support forecasting, budgeting, and goal-setting processes using historical and predictive data models

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to benchmark performance and uncover trends

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all digital platforms and reporting systems
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field

2–4 years of experience in sales analysis, digital marketing analytics, or e-commerce data analysis

Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and e-commerce platforms

Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
