Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Digital Sales Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our digital sales operations. This role is responsible for analyzing sales performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive growth through online channels. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data analysis, digital sales metrics, and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret digital sales data to track performance and identify opportunities for growth

  • Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, and sales funnel performance

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into digital sales trends and KPIs

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and e-commerce teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies

  • Identify patterns in customer behavior, channel performance, and product sales to guide business decisions

  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and goal-setting processes using historical and predictive data models

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to benchmark performance and uncover trends

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all digital platforms and reporting systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales analysis, digital marketing analytics, or e-commerce data analysis

  • Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and e-commerce platforms

  • Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in [Insert Industry, e.g., SaaS, retail, consumer goods, digital services]

  • Working knowledge of SQL or Python for data querying and automation

  • Background in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and customer journey optimization
