Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Special Education teaching certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong collaboration skills with educational staff and families
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized instruction based on students’ IEPs, supporting academic, behavioral, and social goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistent and supportive educational plans
- Monitor student progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust methods as needed to promote student growth
- Maintain accurate documentation of student performance, IEP progress, and classroom activities
- Encourage a safe, welcoming, and respectful learning environment
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions
- Advocate for student needs within the school community
