An established Medical Surgical Care unit is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with medical-surgical experience to provide exceptional patient care during night shifts. This role offers a 36-hour work week comprised of three 12-hour shifts with a schedule from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. The position requires flexibility for variable days and night shifts, with every other weekend on call. No block scheduling is involved.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to protocols
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including proper timecard submission following established guidelines
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Active RN license with current certifications in ACLS and BLS/BCLS
- Proven experience exclusively in Medical-Surgical nursing, telemetry experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary teams during night shifts
- Compliance with State of Maine flu vaccine mandates
