What You’ll Do:
- Assist experienced HVAC Installers with installations of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and duct systems.
- Learn how to measure, cut, and install sheet metal, ductwork, and HVAC equipment with precision and safety.
- Use basic HVAC tools and equipment (we’ll train you!).
- Help ensure all work meets company quality standards and local building codes.
- Follow safety protocols and keep job sites clean and organized.
What You Need:
- A strong work ethic and desire to learn a skilled trade.
- Comfort using hand and power tools (or eagerness to learn).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and other residential environments.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active on your feet for extended periods.
