Job Title: Order Management Leader

Pay Type: Annual Salary, paid weekly

Reports To: Managing Director, Purchasing Director, Store Manager


Job Summary: As the Order Management Leader at The Golden Hog, you are responsible for overseeing all customer orders, from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with store policies and food safety regulations. This role manages in-store, phone, and online order activities, supports daily operations, and ensures excellent customer service experience in a fast-paced grocery market environment.


Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders across multiple channels, including in-store, phone, catering, and online platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Uber Eats).
  • Supervise daily order inspections and fulfillment processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Ensure all order activities comply with company policies, food safety regulations, and local health department requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with store, inventory, and kitchen teams to resolve issues and streamline order workflows.
  • Monitor and maintain POS systems (e.g., RMH POS) and online order platforms, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with internal audits, compliance documentation, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Operations, or related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in order management, fulfillment, or customer service, preferably in a grocery or retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems, online order platforms, and inventory management basics.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of food safety compliance (HACCP, local health regulations) a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Schedule:

  • Your standard work schedule will be 6 days per week, with 1 day off to be scheduled based on operational needs and mutual agreement.
  • Due to special events, you may be required to work on holidays or additional days.
