Job Summary
The Production/Package Manager is responsible for overseeing the production/packaging operations within the facility, ensuring that all products are produced/packaged according to company standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing a team, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP practices. The Production/Package Manager will utilize their mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to ensure efficient packaging processes while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate packaging operations to meet production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards in all packaging activities.
• Train and mentor team members on proper packaging techniques and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels of packaging supplies.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in packaging operations.

Skills

• Strong understanding of CGMP practices and FDA regulations related to production & packaging.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
