Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill a Billing Specialist job opportunity for the corporate office located in San Jose, CA. This position is 100% in-office! The role will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices, tracking payments, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, and possesses strong analytical skills. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and numbers, this may be the perfect job for you.Responsibilities:

  • Generate and review customer invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing of services or products.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all billing activities.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Software experience with a medium to large ERP system is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
