Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of an occupational therapist.

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.

• Maintain a high level of visibility and accountability for individual performance.

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions.

• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and activities.

• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the evolving needs of patients.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Monitor and report on patient progress towards therapy goals.

• Utilize pipelines to assess and improve therapy outcomes.

• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Contribute to a growth-oriented environment by sharing insights and feedback.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current COTA certification and license in Montana.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in occupational therapy settings.

• Eagerness to participate in professional development opportunities.

• Ability to work independently and be accountable for individual performance.

• Proficiency in documenting patient progress and maintaining therapy records.

• Strong communication skills for educating patients and families.

• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet patient needs.

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for patient care.
