- Minimum 1 year recent Emergency Department (ED/ER) nursing experience\n
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications\n
- Strong triage, rapid assessment, and clinical decision-making skills\n
- Comfortable working in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency room environment\n
- Effective communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary healthcare teams\n

- Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages in the ER\n
- Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and prioritize care based on acuity\n
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions per provider orders\n
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and multidisciplinary teams for patient plans of care\n
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (EHR/EMR)\n
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions\n
