What You’ll Do:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Answer and route incoming phone calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment

What We’re Looking For:
Previous receptionist, customer service, or office support experience preferred
Comfortable answering phones and interacting with visitors
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience helpful)
