Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and in-person networking
- Educate clients on insurance options and tailor policies to meet their needs
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, service, and expert advice
- Meet and exceed sales goals with a competitive, go-getter attitude
Requirements
- Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses (we'll help the right candidate!)
- A self-starter with strong communication and people skills
- Motivated by challenges, goals, and income potential
- Sales experience is preferred and drive and coachability more important
