Position Overview
Lloyd Richards Personnel is actively recruiting Manufacturing and Production Professionals for multiple manufacturing clients throughout the Tulsa area. We are seeking dependable individuals with experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, material handling, and general industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform production, assembly, and manufacturing tasks according to work instructions and quality standards
- Operate machinery, tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production process
- Follow production schedules and meet daily performance goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and manufacturing standards
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve production objectives
- Assist with additional manufacturing and production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
