What You’ll Do
- Follow up with warm leads and prior client inquiries
- Meet with clients by phone or Zoom
- Help families choose protection solutions that fit their needs
- Manage follow-up, client communication, and relationship-building
- Build your own book of business over time
- Participate in weekly training and leadership development
- Advance into leadership opportunities when ready

Requirements
- Reliable phone, internet, and Wi-Fi
- Ability to pass a background check and carrier contracting
- Active Life and Health license, or willingness to get licensed quickly
- Strong communication skills and comfort on phone and video
- Self-motivated, organized, coachable, and tech-comfortable
- Sales, service, or business experience is helpful, but not required
