Travel Med Surg/Telemetry RN 16-Week Assignment in Middlebury, VT

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 6-32 week travel assignment in Middlebury, Vermont. This opportunity offers 12-hour night shifts, allowing you to work in a dynamic healthcare environment while enjoying the serene beauty of Vermont.?

Assignment Details:

• Location: Middlebury, VT

• Duration:6-32 weeks

• Shift: 12-hour nights

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med Surg/Telemetry unit.

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care.?

Qualifications:

• Active Vermont RN license or compact license.

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting.

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.?
