Location: Binghamton and Syracuse, NY (Travel Required)
Job Type: Full-Time | Office + Field Based

Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00a-4:30p or 8:30a-5:00pm

We’re looking for a dynamic, people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment and employee engagement across the Binghamton and Syracuse areas. Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment for Personal Care Aides in both markets
  
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and build community referral sources
  
• Manage the full hiring cycle, onboarding, and compliance tracking
  
• Partner with supervisors on employee relations and HR best practices
  
• Support training, return-to-work, and policy enforcement activities
  
• Travel regularly between Binghamton and Syracuse
  

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in HR or related field OR 2+ years in HR/recruiting
• Strong interpersonal, organizational & communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office & HRIS systems
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance & private reliable transportation
