D-Skilled Staffing is seeking dedicated Staffing Specialist's to join our team. This role is essential in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talented Employees and or Customers for our organization. The ideal candidates will possess strong negotiation skills, Managerial leadership practices, with a comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition processes, for the Industrial, Skilled and Professional Sectors. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our Branch offices with leadership and growth strategies as an Account Manager, Employment Specialist and or the Sales Associate role while fostering positive relationships with candidates and the hiring managers.
STAFFING MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
• Customer Employee dispatch and Quality of services
• Update Hirning Platforms tools daily /Search Engines, Social Media and Order Boards
Fill work orders promptly along with stimulating office applicants and HR Center audits
• Working Manager Supports staff with Recruiting and onboarding
• Attend to all safety programs and incident inspection protocols as required
• Interview with professionalism, identify missing information, document, and verify skills.
• Process all necessary prescreening requirements: drug test, background check, and testing.
• Verify professional resumes and emails before submitting to the customers.
• Verify payroll information (direct deposit or pay card).
• Ensure all legal employment regulations are being followed (I9, EOE, etc).
• Identify business trends, prescreening audits, create solutions that meet client needs
• Visit Inactive and Active customers to generate growth and revenue
• Tour Inspect New customer/ work orders and facilities to verify duties and safety
• Customer Management Branch Unemployment claims, Insurance, Safety requirements.
• Gather timesheets from company, enter hours into payroll system and spreadsheet.
• Prepare for and attend operations meetings to assist with reaching company goals
• Manage revenue increase for business growth by monitoring temp hours and billing.
• Be an advocate to your teammates. Provide tools and resources, train, motivate internal staff
Experience
- Proven experience in Staffing, HR, Service Leasing,particularly in Industrial Skilled Recruiting or Executive Account Management and Sales B2B.
- Strong understanding of the Employment Industry and talent acquisition best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage relationships across various levels of the organization.
- Experience using CRM tools for managing candidate and customer relationships is a plus.
