We are a rapidly growing architecture firm with over 30 years of experience specializing in residential projects. We are seeking a full-time Residential Project Coordinator/ Architectural Drafter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working through drawings from start to completion, communicating with our leadership, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Heavy use of AutoCAD LT to produce 2D architectural drawings from preliminary sketches through to completed construction documents of single family residential homes.
- Work through drawings from start to completion
- Communicate with leadership to ensure project requirements are met
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Monitor project progress and report on project status to management
- Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts
- Collaborate with other team members, including architects, engineers, and interior designers
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in architectural project coordination
- Monitor project progress and report on project status to management

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD LT and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000, based on experience
