Responsibilities:
• Process and issue accurate invoices using computerized billing systems.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate financial records and streamline workflows.
• Respond to inbound calls and address billing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
• Leverage Microsoft Dynamics CRM to track and manage customer payment histories.
• Perform data entry and maintain organized electronic records of financial transactions.
• Monitor and report on billing trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation for audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in billing, accounts payable, or accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems, including ADP Financial Services and EHR systems.
• Familiarity with computerized billing systems and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Strong understanding of accounting functions and principles.
• Excellent communication skills for handling inbound calls and resolving billing inquiries.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
