Are you a detail-oriented and organized accounting professional looking to grow your career in a collaborative environment? We’re seeking a Billing Assistant to support the Accounting Manager with daily and monthly accounting tasks, on a temp to perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to play an important role in maintaining accurate billing processes and supporting the financial health of our organization. Responsibilities:

  • Enter and post invoices accurately and promptly
  • Match Bills of Lading to invoices and verify accuracy
  • Communicate with customers to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end closings and related accounting tasks
  • Maintain organized records and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in administration related to accounting, finance, and/or billing
  • Proficiency in accounting software preferred
  • Ability to work 100% on site in Delaware County, Pennsylvania
