Team Member Role: A Team Member at Tono Pizzeria is essential to delivering a quality customer experience, supporting various restaurant functions, and embodying our core values. This role requires teamwork, customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and service in a fast-paced environment.

Essential/Primary Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in preparing and assembling menu items following Tonos standards.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Cash Handling: Process payments accurately, handle cash, and maintain security of the cash register.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Reliability: Consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain dependable attendance.
  • Adherence to Company Policies: Follow all company policies and procedures, including dress code, punctuality, and maintaining a professional appearance.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Restock items as needed.
  • Opening and Closing Duties: Complete opening/closing duties, including setting up and breaking down workstations.
  • Assistance in Training New Team Members: Provide guidance to new team members as needed, ensuring they understand job expectations and responsibilities.

Years of Experience:

  • Previous food service or retail experience is preferred but not required.

Education:

  • A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
