Job Description Job Posting: Chiropractor (Full-Time) Join a well-established, growing network of personal injury clinics serving the greater Phoenix area. We are seeking a licensed Chiropractor to lead and provide clinical oversight at one of our medium-volume PI-focused locations. If you’re bilingual (Spanish-English), experienced in soft tissue injury care, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment without the burden of insurance billing or external marketing, we want to hear from you. Location Phoenix Area, AZ Position Type Full-Time Compensation From $84,000 per year (Base Pay) + Monthly Bonuses Schedule • 3 Full Days

• Optional Saturdays for Overtime About Us We are a multi-site practice specializing in personal injury (PI) patient care. Our clinics operate outside of traditional health insurance models, allowing providers to focus exclusively on PI cases and clinical excellence. Our staff is supported by integrated administrative, billing, and legal coordination systems that streamline day-to-day workflow. Key Responsibilities · Provide chiropractic evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients involved in motor vehicle accidents. · Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure proper documentation and compliance with PI standards. · Coordinate care with case managers, medical providers, and therapy staff. · Complete detailed patient charting and contribute to PI documentation needed for third-party legal review. · Support patient education and ensure timely treatment progression. · Ensure clinic meets clinical quality and operational standards. Qualifications · Doctor of Chiropractic degree (required) · Active Arizona Chiropractic License (in good standing) · PMMTP License (required) · Fluent in Spanish and English (required) · Prior experience in PI, orthopedics, or soft-tissue rehab preferred · Comfortable managing a moderate-to-high volume of PI cases Benefits · Health insurance · Dental insurance · Vision insurance · Performance-based bonuses · No health insurance billing or marketing responsibilities License/Certification Arizona Chiropractic License PMMTP License
